I have dealt with my fair share of realtors. I have not given a 5 star before but Cathy is the real deal. She found our house without us in the state, contacted us and vetted it for us before we ever saw it. She underplayed it if anything. Def recommend you call Cathy when it comes time to buy a place in the Flathead Valley!
