The picturesque Flathead Valley of Northwest Montana offers full range of activities as well as homes for sale for all seasons. Winter activities include skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, or just a pleasant conversation around a cozy fire. Summer offers endless outdoor activities such as hiking, mountain biking, horse-back riding, golfing, rafting, boating and fishing. During fall and spring the pace slows down a bit providing a great opportunity to soak up the natural beauty of the area.

Part of the Flathead Valley's (population 76,178- 2000 Census) charm is its unique collection of diverse villages, communities and towns. These communities plus a host of small villages offer shopping (no state sales tax), galleries, fine dining, festivals and special events.

Kalispell, County Seat and the center of commerce, is the major retail center in Northwest Montana. To the north, the scenic mountain resort village of Whitefish along the shores of Whitefish Lake and nestled below Big Mountain and the Whitefish Mountain Resort. Columbia Falls is the western gateway to Glacier National Park. Bigfork "The Village by the Bay" and Lakeside frame the east and west shores of Flathead Lake, the largest natural freshwater lake in the western United States.
