About Juli Abernathy

My name is Juli Abernathy and I joined the team of Chuck Olson Real Estate because they have been assisting the Flathead community in the buying and selling of property here in Montana for thirty five years.

Prior to this I was a small business owner in Southern California for twenty years. I am a graduate of Victor Valley College in California and have been married to my husband Ron for over twenty years. We have four sons.

I am a member of the Montana Association of Realtors as well as the Northwest Montana Association of Realtors. Not being a native to Montana I understand the challenges buyers face relocating to a new area. There are features and benefits to using a Realtor when you are planning to either buy or sell property here in Montana. The features include advertising your property through newspaper publications and also placing your property, or looking for a potential property on the Multiple Listing Service. By doing this we can obtain the most exposure for your property for potential buyers as well as find as many properties in your price range that are available to you.
